Tinariwen. These guys are amazing. True desert rock, hailing from the largest of them all, the Sahara. Originally formed in the late 70's. Wasn't until the early 2000's that they had the chance to record and play to the world. Check this album out, and then their other 3 albums. They are releasing their 5th album later this month, August 30th to be exact. Get the new album Tassili!
